Community Server has been spreading at a blistering pace and we are sure we are just scratching the surface of what can be done with this platform.
Over the last three years, companies big and small, ISV’s and individuals have been customizing Community Server to have it meet their customers need. The platform is expanding and improving in numerous ways and we wanted to host an event where we our customers could get together and learn how we together can take things even further.
We will be publishing a more detailed session list over the coming weeks, but in the mean time, here are some of the sessions you can expect:
- Community Server 2008 overview – Where are we today, what can you expect.
- Community Server Groups
- Community Server Web Services – This will be a first look at the new web service stack and what we believe will a great avenue for customizing, extending, and re-using Community Server data and infrastructure.
- Community Server Profile/Messages – The user profile will become key community player in Community Server 2008. Learn how you can use this to grow bigger more involved communities.
- Chameleon – with Community Server 2007 we introduced a much improved way to customize your community server site. You can expect to see both overview and advanced theming sessions.
- Community Server Extensibility – Sessions covering various way to extend Community Server as well as tips/tricks/best practices from the Telligent services team
